Well, what can I say? I love crunchy and delicious things. I've traveled and had many delightful culinary experiences around the United States, Japan, and Europe. I plan on recording my food and travel related experiences in this blog--everything from Hiroshima-style Okonomiyaki in Japan to BBQ ribs in Alabama!
